Heath has filled in for an injury for the last 3 months and has been asked to perform many roles and he had done so very successfully, capping a nice weekend with 1-2-3 totals. Heath has played forward and defense, and has worked very hard in practice. Heath has provided the lockeroom with some entertainment and a solid "team" attitude.

As the 00Vipers stormed into Manchester and proved they are the top team in the NEHL, they earned the Viper of the Week Award.  The entire team contributed to 3 huge wins and will share the honor.  Coach Maribito and his team are now preparing for the Championship game next weekend.

Connor has quietly gone about his business and has played steady defense for the entire season. He has chipped in offensively with a handful of goals and assists but his work ethic at practice and in games has helped him improve his overall play. He contributes in all 3 zones of the rink on a regular basis. Connor is a “student of the game” and has developed into one of the most reliable players on the 94 team.  Keep up the good work.

Notes:

Ryan has worked extremely hard in practice at learning all three forward positions and it has really paid off. Despite taking a tough hit this weekend, he rebounded by scoring on his very next shift.  Ryan also had a clear path to the net on a 2 on 0 and passed the puck off to a crashing Joe Redmond, a display of unselfishness that cannot be taught and can only be encouraged. For his willingness to learn and his effort on gameday, Ryan earned the "Viper of the Week".

In the 00Vipers 7- 3 win over the Monarch's, Michael who is no stranger to the score sheet, displayed the epitome of effort. Carrying the puck in the offensive zone thru traffic, Michael got knocked down twice got up both times maintained control of the puck and put a wrist shot over the goalies shoulder for a goal.  

His determination & extra effort made him the easy choice for "Viper of the Week".

Bobby Palmeri in two games this weekend finished with a plus/minus of +7.  Coach Dan Boudreau had high praise for his most consistent defenseman. 

Bobby was not on the ice for any of the opponets goals this weekend and has  emerged as the 95's best teammate.

Bobby's outstanding leadership qualities lead to his selection as one of the team's captains.

In this weekends action for the 00Vipers, Damon posted 1g 1a in a HUGE 2-1 win over the Cyclones.  His goal in the 2nd period proved to be the game winner.  This win pushed the 00Vipers into 1st Place over the Cyclones. 
Damon has been skating really well in the games but his hard work at practice, & skills, has shown consistent improvment since August. 
Congratualtions to Damon and 00Vipers for an outstanding effort this weekend and moving into 1st Place!

Jameson came to both practices and worked extremely hard.  Had a great assist on the game winning goal to help lead the 99Vipers to their first win.  After playing aggressive offensively, he moved back to defense during the third period & played solid to help secure the win.
