The Vipers looked great in the 1^st period.  Every player was skating hard creating a lot of even play with Top Gun.  Goaltending by Deveraux was solid.  The score at the end of the 2^nd period was 0-1.  The 2nd period proved a little tougher as Top Gun had a series of goals creating a 0-4 lead. At 2:44  Worthley had a breakaway and made a power shot.  Senier rushed the net got the rebound and scored for the 1^st goal of the game.    Shortly thereafter, Top Gun responded with another goal making it 5-1 but seconds later Roberts slammed a shot from the left side and snuck the puck between the pipe and the goaltender’s shoulder.  Score now was 2-5. During the 3^rd period, Top Guns defensive pressure overcame the Vipers.  The final score was 2-8.
