02Vipers Spin Past Cyclones, 10-3

The Cyclones came out strong in the beginning of the first period with some initial rushes to the net.  The Vipers countered with some solid and aggressive rushes to the net by Andrew Perry and Jake Krajeski.  The Vipers’ forwards continued to pressure the Cyclones with rushes to the net by Luke Roberts, Sean Senier, Mark Aylward and Ian Worthley.   Mark Aylward scored the first goal of the game assisted by Ian Worthley.  The Vipers came out with some good offensive pressure in the second period.  Jake Krajeski scored the first goal of the second period with an assist by Sean Senier. The second goal was scored by Ian Worthley, assisted by Andrew Perry(with a pass in front of the net).  The offensive pressured continued with another goal by Ian Worthley assisted by Mark Aylward.  The 4th goal of the second period was scored by Luke Roberts assisted by Sean Robbins.  However, the Cyclones did counter with three goals of their own to bring it to 5-3 after two periods.  The Vipers came out in the third period with tremendous and over whelming offensive pressure.  Harry Marshall scored the first goal of the third period with a nice shot from the right side of the net, assisted by Mark Aylward and Shane Haggerty.  Ian Worthley scored the 7th goal of the game with assists by Aylward and Perry.  Christian Calautti scored the 8th goal  and Sean Senier scored the 9th goal and the 10th goal of the game with assists by Shane Haggerty, Jake Krajeski and Christian Calautti.   The Vipers played a clean game with only one penalty that took place in the first period.
